Tangle Art is based on the sequence/repetition of simple strokes that create a pattern. It is easy to do, relaxing and fun, and expands the imagination. It also brings several benefits to mental health, helping to improve concentration and attention and to reduce stress and anxiety.

In this workshop we will explore poetry forms of Japan: Haiku, renga & tanka.
The differences between each form and structure will be highlighted and explained.

The workshop is 3 hours long.  It starts with your choice of a CBD infused drink (tea or coffee), followed by creative painting with snack breaks at your convenience.
